Please follow these tips when reheating your prepared foods. Heating times may vary based on oven type, accuracy of temperature, container size and quantity of food.

Gougère – Best served gently warmed. Place on baking sheet in pre-heated 350 degree oven. Heat until firm to the touch, approximately 8-10 minutes.

Whole Turkey – Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

DO NOT remove from plastic bag.  Heat approximately 1½-1¾ hours, or until internal temperature (measured with a meat thermometer) reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest inside bag for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Sweet Potatoes – Reheat uncovered on baking sheet in 350 degree oven approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, place in serving dish and garnish with pecans and feta. Can also be served at room temperature.

Roasted Fall Vegetables – Place on baking sheet in 350 degree oven approximately 10-15 minutes.

Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes -  Microwave until warmed through or place in saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Stir constantly until warmed through.

Traditional & Sausage Stuffing - Place in casserole dish or roasting pan and reheat in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, until medium-well browned.

Turkey and Mushroom Gravy – Transfer to a saucepan and cook on stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until gravy begins to simmer. Also may be heated in microwave for 2 minutes, then stir well and microwave an additional 1-2 minutes. Add milk or water to heated gravy if too thick, until desired consistency is reached.

Brioche Rolls – Warm gently in 350 degree oven for approximately 5-7 minutes, until warmed through.
